• All vehicles used for public transport always have right of way.

• Water skiing and other activities involving the use of tow ropes are prohibited unless authorised.
• The anchor is not tied to the boat.

Those caught driving under the influence of alcohol may incur a fine ranging from €2,066.00 to €8,000.00. Article 53 of the Nautical Code (171/2005), paragraph 1-bis, on the subject of financial penalties and licence suspension, refers to a condition of “drunkenness” on the part of the captain or operator of a recreational craft, from which it can be inferred that the “nautical” alcohol tolerance parameters may differ from those applicable to road traffic. This law does not specify clear blood alcohol limits. Patrols on the water may stop you if they believe you have drunk too much. Please note: the fact that the Nautical Code does not specify a tolerance limit means that The blood alcohol level can only be ZERO.. “The methods and instruments for ascertaining the state of drunkenness, as well as the blood alcohol tolerance limits, are determined by decree of the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, in agreement with the Minister of Labour, Health and Social Policies.” Finally, it should be noted that it cannot be ruled out that, in the event of the suspension of a boat licence for operating a recreational craft while intoxicated, the validity of the motor vehicle licence may also be suspended as a precautionary measure. Any assistance not attributable to the company will cost the customer €100.00 for the call-out and €150.00/hour.

• Motorboats are prohibited in the northern part of Lake Garda (Trentino region). The boundary runs between Corno di Reamol (western shore, north of Limone del Garda) and Galleria del Confine (eastern shore, north of Malcesine).

• The vessels owned and/or used by the Contracting Company are insured for the risk of civil liability for recreational boating.
• The participant is liable for wilful misconduct and negligence. He/she also declares that he/she assumes all responsibility for damage caused to himself/herself, others and property due to improper handling of the boats, carelessness and negligence.
• The Company is civilly liable under the law for damages unintentionally caused to third parties for death or personal injury, ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY when the established liability falls on the Company itself and/or on the persons for whom the company, its Directors and/or Sole Director are responsible.
• RappyDrive accepts no responsibility for any personal belongings or items that may be damaged, forgotten or lost during the experience.
• The participant authorises the processing of personal data in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003. The participant also authorises the authorisation, publication, dissemination and display of their image for educational and/or advertising purposes.
